What a monthly content package actually looks like, week by week
Most businesses picture social media management as someone posting a photo now and then. A real monthly package runs on a rhythm, and once you see the rhythm, you can tell the difference between a service and a scramble.
Week one: plan
The month starts with a calendar, not a camera. We map your launches, offers, holidays, and slow days, then assign each post a job: introduce a product, prove the quality, tell the story, or make the offer. Every post gets a format, a shoot need, and a date. Nothing is left to "we will figure it out Friday."
Week two: produce
Most of the month gets shot in one production day. Products, people, and process, captured in batches, in the same light and the same look, so a month of posts feels like one brand instead of nine different ones. One focused day beats five scattered ones, for your schedule and for the quality.
Week three: review and publish
Edited posts land in your private client portal with their captions written. You open each one, see exactly what will go live and when, and approve it or send it back with a note. Nothing publishes without your approval. Approved posts go out on schedule while you run your business.
Week four: report and adjust
The month closes with numbers that mean something: reach, engagement, profile visits, and the leads the content produced, compared against last month. Then the next calendar gets built on what actually worked, not on guesses. That loop, plan, produce, publish, measure, is the whole service. The posts are just the visible part.
If your current "strategy" is posting when you remember to, the fix is not more effort. It is a rhythm. See how our social media management works, or read how often a small business should actually post.
